I'm Mike's wife, Lauren Milligan. I originally needed an emergency appointment and Dr. Glover was the only dentist, after trying 3 other dentists, that would see me. I had recently moved to this area and had not yet established a new dentist. At the time, I was emotionally shaken due to a recent health diagnosis ...they welcomed me with such sensitive, comforting care! The ENTIRE staff is exceptionally, sincerely caring & gentle! Later, at a cleaning, for legitimate reasons, they encouraged me to use a mouth guard. I was concerned it would take forever for me to adjust and be able to sleep with it and not make much difference. Unfortunately, I've been a teeth grinder for years. To my amazement the very first night it fit perfectly, barely noticeable. To my delight, when I woke, it significantly had reduced my jaw & teeth discomfort. Seriously, the very first night! I love it!!! Hard to describe that it feels good, but it does. I seriously regret not getting one sooner. I'm thrilled & grateful that Suzanne, my hygienist (love her) recommended it and more thrilled with the job that Dr. Glover ( love him) did fitting it! I had such wonderful experience at Providence Family Dentistry in Chapel Hill! From the first phone call to the cleaning, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Adriana was so helpful over the phone when I scheduled my appointment, and check-in was quick and easy. The X-rays were fast, and the cleaning was gentle and completely pain-free. I have a fear of going to the dentist, but they made me feel so calm and comfortable that I wasn't anxious at all. My dental hygienist, Susanne, was amazing! She was so knowledgeable, caring, and kind, and she made the whole experience so much easier. Dr. Glover was also great—he took the time to listen, made me feel at ease, and genuinely cared. I can't recommend Dr. Glover, Susanne, Adriana, and everyone at Providence Family Dentistry enough!

This was the first time I was a patient here. All members of the staff were friendly and engaging, making the visit more than comfortable. I like that Dr. Glover treats issues conservatively without pressuring patients to unnecessarily have treatments done. I actually look forward to going back for my six-month check-up and cleaning.

Dr. Glover and team are amazing! I always feel welcome and well cared for during my visits. My favorite hygienist, Michelle, makes my appointments fell like visiting a friend. I highly recommend Providence Family Dentistry!!

Recently had to switch dentists because my Cigna DHMO network changed with my insurance... called Providence they were able to get me and my daughter in the very next day. The staff on the phone, the receptionist at the desk, the hygienists, and Dr. Glover were ALL so very nice, professional and pleasant throughout the entire visit. This has been the smoothest transition from one doctor office to another. They exceeded all expectations and I am lucky to have found this office! Highly recommend!
